Senior Project Manager
Current• Create Core Events, Collectives, Contests and Station Event proposals and timelines, that allows the respective team to present opportunities that result in customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships• Builds a knowledge base of each objective when assigned to project• Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other project metrics to clients and team members• Be the point for information on market sponsorship opportunities for revenue in your market on national and/or MMP requests including high margin market assets and market signature events• Communicate to the market AE’s/managers sponsorship opportunities into tentpoles and/or other national assets• Update market information on sponsorship opportunities, training on selling NTR to the cluster and communicating both internally and externally sponsorship selling best practices/wins• Works alongside sales to help manage day-to-day client interaction related to core events and station events• Works as a National Sales Assistant• Assists with TTWN orders• Assists in the traffic department• Communicates effectively with clients, sales, promotions and programming to further identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions• When appropriate, works directly with clients, or in concert with sales and/or team leads, to secure sign off on deliverables or documentation• Manages client expectations with AE
