Globally recognized throughout Kyndryl and IBM as a leading subject matter expert specializing in Contract Management and specifically the Request for Service process with associated business analytics. Worked as the lead reporting business analyst with the world wide IBM CIO office for 5 years designing a global contract management on-line tool and associated management system. I lead teams of Data Analysts, Developers and Data Scientists. Was lead senior project manager for an IBM Corporate Service Corp project where we developed a climatic visualization platform leveraging IBM Cloud and IBM Weather Company technologies for the Taronga Conservation Society endangered animals program.Designed and developed world class methodologies and Business Information Tools for effective contract management covering the following processes: Request Management (RFS), Issues, Risks, Contract Change, Contract Deliverables and other support processes. The tools and processes assist account teams effectively manage their client outsourcing contracts.40 year career at IBM / Kyndryl in various senior roles. Ten years as a certified IT Specialist in Business Information systems supporting Asia Pacific countries and global contracts. 12 years as a Senior Project Manager, 5 years as a Systems Engineer, 14 years as a Line Manager managing the IBM A/NZ Business Office and Business Intelligence teams.
