Whether that be designing a new product, developing a data workstream or steering board strategy - I work with clients to deeply understand the issues they are facing, and focus on developing practical solutions that bring their internal and external stakeholders along with them.Notably, I have advised Boards looking to understand the ramifications of economic issues and technology developments on their strategy - completed independents pieces of research to inform the national policies of regulatory bodies and helped start up firms better understand their product offering and establish growth strategies.
