Events include:o Over 130 live Metropolitan Operaso Performing Arts: Live theater, musicals and balleto Sporting Events: Live boxing, soccer, and tenniso Concerts: Live music performances from venues all over the worldEvent Management: Collaborate with production, engineering, programming, and marketing teams to distribute live events.Feature Film Marketing: Work with studios to help their marketing teams promote new films using live events featuring discussions with casts and film premieres.Global Reach: Create complex transmission plans for countries such as South Korea, Australia, Japan, Russia, Israel, the United Kingdom, and Germany.Innovations:o Network Expansion: Expanded network from 50 standard definition theatres to 1200 high-definition locations creating the world’s first HD cinema network.o Network Software: I worked with development partners to create software and a user GUI to remotely monitor/operate cinema equipment during events.o Created Industry Standards: Developed live cinema transmission and testing standards which have been adopted industry wide.o World’s First Live 3D Cinema Network: In partnership with RealD, we created the world’s first live 3D cinema network.o Timely Upgrades: Managed a multimillion dollar rush upgrade to 1200 movie theaters within three months, staying within budget and on schedule.
