SRO: Responsible for command and control of the operating crew.Direct the activities of the Control Room operators to maintain stable plant conditions during all plant evolutions.Ensure control room team is operating with a conservative bias and adhering to station operating procedures. Assists the Engineering Officer in administering enlisted personnel and designating enlisted watch assignments. Responsible for the monitoring and development of qualifications, training and assessment of all engineering personnel totaling 70 personnel, both officer and enlisted. Ensure the safe operation of a mobile nuclear reactor by developing and executing scenarios requiring personnel to display their knowledge.
