Following my time as a CFO at Energy Resources of Australia (ERA), an ASX listed subsidiary of Rio Tinto, my role leads a number of large transformation projects across Rio Tinto. Notably, this has included leading the program to drive a simplification agenda across Rio Tinto, overseen by the Group CFO and sponsored by the Group Executive Committee. With a focus on delivery of step change to operational teams, two of the larger programs include leading a cross functional and operational team across both the spare parts and inbound supply chain improvement, and recruitment and pre-boarding. Furthermore, I lead a team of business analysts supporting digital, decarbonisation and major projects portfolios (including Simandou in Guinea).

As a separately ASX listed subsidiary of Rio Tinto, ERA Ranger Uranium Mine is an open pit and processing plant operation located in the Northern Territory region of Jabiru surrounded by World Heritage Kakadu National Park. Previously the largest uranium producer in Australia, it is ramping down to closure in 2020/21. My role is responsible for finance, procurement, business analysis, logistics, contractor management, investor relations, risk and strategy.
