As an Emmy Award-winning producer and innovator, I helped create and then expand the Fox Sports brand. I joined Fox Sports before the first broadcast went on-air and assisted in the development of the "Fox Sports Attitude" through my leadership, example, coaching, and work as a producer and writer. I created original sports content, programming and brought humor, attitude, and great storytelling to the screen.I was instrumental in creating the role of sideline reporters and in encouraging women to become sports broadcasters as well as work in sports production. Beyond sports, I wrote a Law Review article that criticized sex-based discrimination and I have also served as an attorney and speechwriter.
