CurrentPrimary owner of our top enterprise and elite national accounts within Yelp Restaurants. Driving customer advocacy, loyalty and on-going investment, ensuring the customer continues to derive value from Yelp Restaurant’s product solutions. Long-term strategic planning and engagement at the executive level.- Navigate, manage and grow relationships with enterprise level clients by building trusted advisor relationships with all clients to ensure successful utilization of the Yelp platform to drive success-Manage book of business including top enterprise clients to support day-to-day and provide analytical and insightful data and recommendations- Educate and train clients on how to best leverage the Yelp platform and prove ROI of investment in the software- Manage contract and renewal negotiations-Strategically work with internal and external teams to understand and meet business needs of enterprise clients-Support sales pilots and full product launches for partners over several months while optimizing expansion and renewal opportunities
