Mr. Bloomfield has been associated with every aspect of fuel cell power plant development and holds twenty patents. He has over one hundred publications including a chapter in Modern Aspects of Electrochemistry. Mr. Bloomfield has served on the DARPA Defense Science Research Council, Jason (DOD review board), Proposal Review Panel for ARPA-E, and on NREL and EPSCor Technical Review Panels for the Department of Energy. Mr. Bloomfield has done peer reviews for MIT, UConn and Electrochimica Acta as well as proposal reviews for ARPA-E. He is a member of the The Electrochemical Society, American Chemical Society, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
