Provide day to day management and leadership to the business engaged in self performance of concrete construction, concrete form work and precast prestressed hybrid concrete structures. Significantly contributed to company profits through the successful delivery of design-build parking projects and paid back acquisition cost of Parking Builders, LLC in first year. Duties include: Sales, presentations, design, value engineering, precast plant design, estimating, contracts, scheduling, construction, safety, risk mitigation, recruitment and mentoring, quality, proformas and financial performance.

Provide daily management to the business primarily engaged in the turnkey design build delivery of parking structures. Facilitated sale of business to Southern Pan Services Co. due to the disability of majority owner. Developed a flying form system which resulted in a 20% labor reduction in the field. Designed and outfitted a temporary, project specific, prestressed concrete plant that contributed to company profits through self performance. Duties include: Sales presentations, design management, contracts, estimating,value engineering, scheduling, construction management, bonding and financial performance.

Initially started with TDI on a consulting basis as the business was in the early stages of a plant expansion to diversify the product lines for the structured parking market. Services included market studies, estimating, plant design, plant equipment review, production planning and production scheduling. Permanent duties included: Sales, marketing, estimating, management of engineering department, contracts, project management and project financial performance. Successfully established company as a player in the OK, AR, TX and KS parking market through successful project completions. Diversified product line through research and development into: pigments, thin brick, form liners and sand blast finishes.

Responsible for sales, estimating, contracts, negotiations and project management for precast prestressed building and bridge products. Annual volume $32 million. Developed and implemented computer based estimating, proposal and scheduling systems resulting in increased volume and margins. Developed and implemented production scheduling, labor and material tracking systems resulting in increased plant efficiency and margins.Successfully developed design build capability of company and expanded market share through new product development. Initiated plant programs for visiting engineers, architects, contractors, owners and university educators. Liaison with the University of Florida Department of BuildingConstruction.
