Included in my project portfolio are Federal, State & Private Commercial construction and renovation projects for commercial general contracting companies in Colorado for over 25 years as project manager, estimator and field superintendent. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of time-sensitive issues (such as budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor activities and no-shows, employee performance reviews and incident reporting, equipment allocation and repair and project scope creep). I consistently met my project margin and sales volume goals, schedules and quality of work targets using company Best Practices in a fast-paced and demanding environment.I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Office Suite, MS Project Management, MS Power Point and P6.I currently am pursuing CM Certification while updating my industry knowledge base.
