Meticulous planning and analytical abilities to assist senior management in achieving desired organisational outcomes whilst being inclusive and supportive of my team. I thrive and operate in fast paced environments under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. I am a hands-on manager known for a focused and strategic approach creating lean operating environments. In 2018, an opportunity presented itself working with Howard Smith Wharves (HSW) helping bring the best entertainment and lifestyle precinct to Brisbane. Due to my strong operational background, I was given the task of supporting the Culinary Director in the opening of multiple businesses and venues. My role oversaw multiple departments, encompassing the day-to-day operational tasks, Human resources, P & L’s, and included the central undertaking of making sure all food businesses within the precinct are complying with their food safety compliance and legislative requirements.I have a passion for sustainability and was lucky enough to be provided the opportunity to create a sustainability department within HSW. I enjoyed watching this department operate from strength to strength and am proud to say HSW has been recognised for numerous Sustainability Awards over the years. It is a great honour for our work to be recognised and is a testament to the hard work all the HSW staff and teams have performed.
