- Served as the owner of the PB Management and Business Information Solutions (M&BIS), responsible for delivering high-quality Management Information and Analysis to the Private Banking business in APAC.- Key Business Analysis and Report production. Completing analysis and reporting tasks with the goal of adding value to aid with decision making and implementation of various business initiatives. This is done in partnership with senior business users across the region with a focus on producing “Actionable MI”.- Responsible for the APAC Regional rollout of the M&BIS Portal (based on Microsoft Power BI), covering all Relationship Managers and FO users within the Private Bank. This self-service tool gave visibility to RMs and Senior Management of both transaction and recurring revenue, down to an individual client (UHNW to small accounts) or product level. Over 300 front office personnel were trained in 6 months, resulting in improved Front Office reporting and analytics. Usage increased from 53-80% over an 18-month period.- Identified and closed small and underperforming client accounts, optimising resource allocation within the Front Office.

- Managed a portfolio of 40 projects with an annual budget exceeding CHF 13 million, overseeing FX/OTC IT projects and External Validation IT globally.- Successfully decommissioned 25 legacy operations applications while setting up and managing an outsourced function in Bangalore, contributing to cost efficiency and resource optimisation.
