Managing and implementing the standard contracting processes and procedures (including bringing in a new on-line supply chain prequalification system), providing a full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work on each project run by the company: qualifying contractors, issuing proposal requests, evaluating proposals, leading all major negotiation of major subcontract agreements, detailed recommendations, awarding contracts, and managing the administration of post contract activities, including claims management and dispute resolution.
