Lead point for making creating, revising, testing and reporting files to our 403B and 457 plan, direct deposit, HSA/FSA deductions, on a per payroll basis.Print and review standard and custom payroll reports. Create a GL posting page, create a positive pay file for banking and vendor checks through AP. Create files for 403B and 457 plans. Print, seal and distribute payroll checks. Set up, maintain, test, reconcile and amend the quarterly returns, CT Paid FMLA, CT DOL filings, W2s. Review 1042s and create the filings.Work with and create custom reports for data requests from auditors and government reporting. Follow and support Federal, State, DOL, and FLSA guidelines throughout the year and prepare for future changes.
