I helped make Your I.T. Department what it is today. Parts of my job description would include: finding new clients, providing excellent I.T. service and repair, providing maintenance for existing clients, providing solutions for any issues a client may have, and everything else necessary to run an I.T. company.I scheduled jobs, prepared and sent invoices, maintained existing hardware/software, etc. I constantly checked on clients to be sure everything was working as it should be and that they were satisfied with their service and systems.
