In a £50 million PFI “Pathfinder” Flagship project for Stoke-on-Trent City Council involving a new build Neighbourhood combined Services Centre which integrated together PCT Health Services (including GP, Dentist, Physiotherapy, podiatry, Drug-abuse services, amongst others), Local Government Services (1st Stop Shop, Library, Housing, Youth Services, Community Centre), and Citizen Advice Centre, I was appointed firstly • As the Senior BPR Business Analyst, I was responsible for gathering… Show more In a £50 million PFI “Pathfinder” Flagship project for Stoke-on-Trent City Council involving a new build Neighbourhood combined Services Centre which integrated together PCT Health Services (including GP, Dentist, Physiotherapy, podiatry, Drug-abuse services, amongst others), Local Government Services (1st Stop Shop, Library, Housing, Youth Services, Community Centre), and Citizen Advice Centre, I was appointed firstly • As the Senior BPR Business Analyst, I was responsible for gathering business requirements; leading workshops, developing Service Integration processes and procedures for significant business change; specifying IT systems in order to present a seamless environment for the customer –a customer-centric solution - and the detailed Implementation Plan. • Having completed this part of my assignment, I was appointed as the Delivery and Implementation Project Manager. I was responsible for producing the overall Commissioning Plan; managing the sub-plans of other Project Managers in the Project team; managing the interfaces between the Services with the Project Board and joint working groups, leading to the successful implementation on time of this extremely complex PFI Project - the first project of its kind in the UK.
