Site Security Manager responsible for the security of all client personnel and operations in their designated site. Also to lead, administer, command, coordinate, prepare and train a team of static security guards in order to achieve this objective.To manage static security operations in such way as the safety of client personnel is assured consistent with obligations to its client and with due regard for the safety and security of assigned BGC personnel and assets, for project timeframe, budget, scope of work. In addition to the leadership and direction of the guard, conduct training as specified by the training directives to ensure that their team continually meets the criteria specified for operating in Iraq, commensurate with minimum standards and the Standard PSC.1

The BGC Deputy Operations Manager (DOM) provides communication and administrative support duties between the projects KAZ based management and the projects various Al Delma based PSD’s.
