My duties included Project Management of multiple IT projects as well as Applications Development using CityView by Municipal Software Corporation - a proprietary client/server application (similar to VB, with an Access/SQL backend) through which I designed applications for several city / county departments to handle all business services and processes through a MS SQL Server platform. I also served as the city/county webmaster, and designed and managed the city/county web sites and other departmental sites. I also administered the city/county web and media severs (Windows 2003 Advanced Server, IIS, SQL Server, Windows Media Server), cluster configuration and management, and helped the GIS Dept. to publish GIS mapping applications to the web. I designed a successful Animal Control Application to streamline Animal Control processes and add accountability into the process. I was Project Manager of the following CityView Application Development Projects: Code Enforcement (DMD, Building Commission, Area Plan), Permitting & Inspections (Building Commission), Planning (Area Plan), Fleet Management (Transportation / Services, County Garage, etc.), and Work Order Management (Transportation / Services, etc.).
