Approached & appointed when there were just 6 stores around the UK, our team was instructed with increasing Handset connections across the stores and assisting with the opening and initial impact of the latter stores. • Spending large periods working in all the stores, with all levels from colleagues to BMs in each store to learn their stores current connections, improving awareness, product knowledge, passion & belief. • • This included having to learn a completely new SAP processing system and then quickly becoming integral to training this across the inexperienced teams
