As an Access Planner it is my responsibility to ensure the swift yet accurate delivery of business installation packs to both our internal and external colleagues. The content of these packs instruct a precise series of duties to complete a safe and accessible route to deliver VM’s products and services to the customer. This role has enabled me to build a good working relationship with our current contract partners and local authorities within the North West region. It is also vital in my current role to be fully aware of and compliant with NRSWA guidelines and other health and safety regulations.

As a Field Service Technician I was responsible for delivering a brilliant customer experience as well as repairing any faults that the customer may have with their services. Working under pressure and to a high standard, I am expected to complete all work assigned to me in the range of installations of all three services to the repair of damaged cables and faulty equipment.

As a member of the Royal Core of Signals, I was a Telecommunications engineer with a role that varied from commanding a three man team to maintaining radio communication sites and also the installation, maintenance and operation of antenna and camera systems to provide support to UK Special Forces and civilian Counter Terrorist Units.
