• Lead the Marketing Planning function to ensure marketing resources are allocated to maximise the return on marketing investment
• Produce the ANZ Marketing Plan to ensure business targets are achieved
• Identify and solve business and marketing opportunities and threats with insight led plans
• Manage the research function to create a greater understanding of customers leading to actionable insights

• Responsibilities
• Lead the exploration, analysis, development and implementation of Genesis Energy’s Customer Strategy and Customer Value Propositions
• Lead the Product and Market Development portfolio for the Retail business including resource allocation, valuing inititives and recommending business priorities. Govern the implementation of initiatives.
• Set the Product Development strategy to create differentiation in the market and lead the delivery through the Product Development team from identifying new opportunities to product launch.
• Develop Genesis Energy’s customer insights strategy including market research, segmentation development and customer analytics. Manage the Customer Insights team to create develop a greater understanding of customers.
• Provide the analytical support for the marketing team including targeting/ segmentation, provision of customer information, return on investment/ value analysis and KPI reporting.
