Additionally, I was responsible for client relationships and technical design of portal solutions, focusing on web accessibility conformance and testing support.

As a Senior Consultant at Woolworths Supermarkets, I played various roles, including Project Manager, Delivery Lead, and Team Leader/Developer. I managed IT and business client relationships, facilitated project enhancement processes, and ensured the smooth handover of systems. Additionally, I supported offshore System Test teams and business users through UAT, while overseeing release management and environment management.
