Working with ATT’s FirstNet Response Operations Group on all operational and technical aspects of the FirstNet program. Responsibilities include ensuring critical communications services for public safety agencies by coordinating responses with ATT Network, Network Disaster Recovery, and other Stakeholders.• Plan for and implement communications strategies and solutions to mitigate network outages affecting FirstNet customers. • Utilize ATT’s online project, data, and assessments systems to monitor and coordinate activities consistent with mission objectives.• Represent the Response Operations Group in meetings and interactions with all internal and external partners. • Provide situational awareness updates to ATT partners, ROG team members, and others as required. • Directly responsible for development of the tools and systems to ensure planned maintenance is completed with minimal disruption to critical first responder communications. • Coordinate with Radio Access Network, Construction and Engineering, and FirstNet sales personnel to minimize the loss of service and ensure First Responder communications are maintained.
