I was brought in to deliver distributor-specific innovations, including new programs and compelling training that were so effective thy were implemented across the company. One of my key accomplishments was in crafting a growth sales plan that increased revenues by 80% and reached $200MM+ in sales in 5 years.

1. VP, Western Region, El Dorado Hills, CA (1996-2013)After successfully transforming distribution networks in my previous role, I was promoted to lead the Western Region. Responsibilities included motivating the sales teams to perform at their highest levels and developing relationships across three districts. I instituted process improvements, increased revenues, and grew profitability throughout my tenure. Despite a market downturn, we achieved a 30% increase in revenues in 36 months.2.
