David is a Building Construction professional with a broad knowledge of Construction over various projects types including, commercial industrial, Aged Care, Public Works and residential. Currently holds a unrestricted NSW builders licence. As Construction manager I over see 10-15 Major Construction Project teams at a time, from inception through to handover. This includes Design management, recruitment of staff, budget control, project time management, client and interested parties liaison, construction detail resolution, compliance with Company WHS Quality Environmental policies.All projects completed to a high standard, with no outstanding defects, and within contractural requirements. Provide each project with a construction management plans detailing site amenity, materials handling, traffic flows and scaffolding. Work with project teams to review and provide updates to this plan to maintain a high level of site efficiency and WHS. Setup and implement the company Integrated Management System (WHS, Quality, Environmental) to achieve Australian Standard Certification. This was achieved in six months, providing a manageable system for all staff members. Maintain, review and update the system in keeping with company objectives and Standards.
