Responsible for coordinating the translation, editing and proofreading of a variety of legal documents within the different levels of the organization. This position ensures that documents are organized and translated with the highest level of accuracy, quality and confidentiality. He/she is responsible for managing, organizing and maintaining script libraries, and constantly tracking and updating any legal changes. The translator also tests the Inbound Voice Recording system, transcribes recordings, translates web content, and continuously updates internal glossaries and vocabularies.

Responsible for gathering, analyzing and maintaining quantitative assurance data, and provide weekly and monthly summary reports to assign overseas vendors and U.S. based program managers. The analyst recommends corrective action and addresses quality and compliance issues. He/she also participates in internal and overseas vendor calibration sessions to ensure acceptable consistency of understanding of compliance standards, program policies and objectives. The analyst conducts assigned number of sample quality-related reviews and evaluates them against established quality standards. Also, ensures proper call (English and Spanish) monitoring techniques, quality and compliance standards.
