Hands-on technical leader responsible for directing the team that is entrusted to secure 150K endpoints including workstations & servers leveraging leading-tier, EDR, Behavioral Analysis tools, & next-generation anti-malware suites. Responsible for responding to and clearing internal and external audits, legal requirements and customer responses. Supports the team on audit and incident response events including compliance exercises, breach response and disaster recovery exercises to improve security and visibility. Oversees implementation of vendor integration projects to ensure deliverables. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners and vendors to improve SLAs (service-level agreements), KPIs (key performance indicators) and other customer focused metrics.
