Worldwide responsibility for supplier/product specification, egineering approval and quality assurance of customer service equipment/packaging/operations design/labor model. Equipment, smallware, and packaging expenditures were over 1 billion annually. Additional responsibility of customer service process development and all industrial/labor standards for system wide operations

Consumers Packaged Goods Division, VP - Operations / Distribution / SCM: General management responsibility for purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, quality assurance and product R&D for a product line of short and long shelf life beverages. The products were produced in ten facilities and distributed nationally. The purchasing and supply chain management responsibilities involved agricultural commodities, packaging and support material from 12 countries. Additionally, I was a member of the Executive Committee and involved in extensive acquisition efforts. Processed Foods Division, VP Operations and Distribution: Responsible for manufacturing and worldwide distribution. Manufacturing was located in Honduras, Panama and Costa Rica. International inventory control and balance of product distribution was key to year-over-year profit growth and critical to maintaining worldwide, lowest-cost producer status.World Wide Technical Services, Sr. Director of Engineering: Responsible for support of international fresh fruit and processed foods operations; specifically- packaging design, graphics, package manufacturing systems and construction engineering. I managed a staff of engineers in both domestic and international locations. I oversaw construction projects such as: shipping port development in Costa Rica, U.S. and Guatemala, fruit puree plant in Cost Rica and paper plant in Ecuador.
