By active listening and understanding the purpose behind each ask. My greatest single ability is to translate divergent need into what actions are required and clearly explain why. This has been learned through actively selling, contracting, engineering, purchasing, managing projects, managing products and managing people. Most of the situations that cause confusion, delays and cost over runs can be avoided and myexperience would ensure that they are.It is my belief that leadership needs to be a serving, enabling process.
