As part of the IDBS Strategy team, I helped build software that gives BioPharmaceutical scientific, engineering and quality teams access to their process data and to analytics and reporting tools they need to develop, transfer, execute, monitor, optimize and release their medicines and therapies. My role included product management, professional services implementations and support for sales and marketing:- Developed and maintained product vision and roadmap, along with specific product requirements to support cloud-based data aggregation from both internal manufacturing systems and external contract manufacturing organization (CMO/CDMO) partners- Worked with customers to understand their IT and product roadmaps along with their data, analytic and reporting priorities while representing integrated Skyland-IDBS product features as part of the IDBS Product Strategy team- Led manufacturing informatics implementation projects for multiple customers with roles in project management and technical configuration- Performed pre-sales functions including technical demos and RFP/RFI responses- Developed relationships with external partners to support our product development and our services projects integrating with other software products- Represented IDBS/Skyland at conferences and with industry groups including BioPhorum, ARM, and NIIMBL

Skyland Analytics was acquired by IDBS in November 2021.Part of the team that founded Skyland Analytics to provide biopharmaceutical manufacturing organizations with solutions to access, share and analyze their data. Customers used these tools to ensure quality, enhance process understanding, optimize production, and assure compliance with regulatory (FDA, EMA) requirements. Skyland Analytics was acquired by IDBS (part of Danaher) in November 2021.- Created initial company mission/vision, policies and procedures while contributing to our Quality Management System- Integrated multiple manufacturing intelligence systems with customer manufacturing systems include MES, LIMS, SCADA/data historians, and QMS- Provided product management, project scoping and estimation, along with technical configuration for regulated biotech customers - Developed and maintained product vision and roadmap, along with specific product requirements to support cloud-based data aggregation from both internal manufacturing systems and external contract manufacturing organization (CMO/CDMO) partners- Worked closely with software and quality engineers to design, build and test the product to ensure usability by the intended user populations – the product is implemented and maintained primarily by process scientists with minimal IT support- Performed pre-sales functions including technical demos and RFP/RFI responses- Assisted sales team in developing licensing and pricing models- Grew the Skyland Professional Services team implementing manufacturing informatics tools for customers in the US and Europe - role included estimation and negotiation of project scope and cost, project management, project team technical configuration and testing, along with formal validation- Developed relationships with external partners to support our product development and our services projects integrating with other software products

Responsible for global Discoverant implementation and configuration services – providing Discoverant users with access to disparate data and with analytic/reporting outputs to support their process management and process understanding needs. - Managed a Professional Services team of over 20 internal and partner resources to deliver manufacturing data integration projects across North America, Europe and Asia- Worked with pharmaceutical/biotech customers to identify the best approaches to access data in their MES, LIMS, SCADA/historian, etc. along with capturing data from paper sources- Created a second generation of tools to capture critical customer and data source information to define project scope and generate Services project estimates.- Contributed to the Product roadmap to identify, define, test, and implement new features to support customer data access, improve implementation timelines, and streamline customer configuration for Continued Process Verification (CPV)

Responsible for global Discoverant implementation and configuration services – providing Discoverant users with access to disparate data and with analytic/reporting outputs to support their process management and process understanding needs. - Responsible for business integration of the Aegis Services team into Accelrys- Managed a Professional Services team of over 20 internal and partner resources to deliver manufacturing data integration projects across North America, Europe and Asia- Worked with pharmaceutical/biotech customers to identify the best approaches to access data in their MES, LIMS, SCADA/historian, etc. along with capturing data from paper sources- Contributed to the Product roadmap to identify, define, test, and implement new features to support customer data access and improve implementation timelines

Aegis was acquired by Accelrys in October 2012. Aegis Analytical built the leading software product (Discoverant®) for pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing informatics. Aegis was acquired by Accelrys in October 2012, which was later acquired by Dassault Systèmes and branded as BIOVIA.- Responsible for the Nexus data access and integration product features to create, manage, test and execute queries against remote data sources through a manufacturing process contextual user interface- Performed technical configuration (data aggregation for MES, EBR, LIMS, ERP, SCADA/historian, CAPA, etc. data) services in validated environments for large biotech and pharmaceutical companies- Developed Aegis' Passport methodology to guide implementation projects- Built a 20+ person Professional Services team (internal and external) providing software implementation, training, and analytical consulting to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturers world-wide- Developed and managed relationships with partner companies to supplement the internal Services team- Created a model to generate project cost and time estimates for typical projects and derived customized estimates and contracts for unique projects- Maintained customer relationships to ensure their satisfaction and generate follow-on projects- Provided advice and direction for IT Architecture and data management for large pharma/biotech companies.- Worked closely with software engineers and quality team to design, build and test Nexus features- Performed pre-sales functions including technical demos and RFP/RFI responses- Created and delivered technical training classes for customer configuration and maintenance teams

OCI provided Human Capital Management analytical and data warehousing services to large employers. OCI was acquired by UNUM in 1997.- Led an analytical consulting services team providing data and reporting to large employer customers- Developed ‘Case Type’ predictive analytics algorithm to identify high-risk employees for individualized case management. A customer’s implementation of Case Types led to a $15 million reduction in annual disability costs.- Developed ‘Health Care Episodes’ functionality to assess and compare treatment costs/durations- Created OCI’s ‘Report Wizard’ and ‘Early Warning System’ products, working closely with the software engineering team, to provide customers with direct access to analytical/reporting outputs from their managed data warehouse- Led a team of 20 cross-functional associates to on-time delivery of the parent company’s first customer reporting system following the acquisition- Developed several team members to take on expanded team-leader roles as the company grew - Provided quality monitoring reporting for clinical services customers
