The role is to provide specialist technical support to colleagues delivering assessments. Also keep up to date with activities in the marketplace, including any new specifications, standards, legislation, that may affect the schemes I manage, and how BSI maybe affected in the delivery of those products.

Managed a multi-disciplinary team of certification reviewers. Provided technical support for field based assessment staff and other colleagues.Areas of speciality include, BRC, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS EN 18001 and ISO 27001.

Responsible for reviewing reports covering a wide range of products, endorsing or otherwise client manager recommendations.Part of the team during the ISO 9001:2000 transition, also ISO 14001:2004, ISO 27001 transitions.Specialisation include BRC Food and BRC Food Packaging and HACCP.

Sales and certificate reviewer and management of clients for the Southern Region. Also responsible for the largest client, in addition to specialising in environmental and health and safety report reviews.
