Current management of Wongawilli South project valued at $183m to build new portals for accessing new lease areas and two access roadways. Direction and management of numerous trades and specialist skills working in intrinsically safe areas, ensuring all installations comply with various regulations.Management of the Wonga Mains Project valued at $168m involved the construction of:- Conveyor roadway, Transport roadway and the Rubber Tyre Vehicle (RTV) roadway.Financial management of all projects ensuring all contractual, environmental and industrial obligations were met, budgets are controlled and detailed reports are produced for presentation to the Board.Ensuring all OH&S requirements are complied with. Conducting safety inspections, toolbox meetings and ensuring any Corrective Actions were completed.Additional Roles:- Outbye Services Co-Ordinator•Responsible and accountable for the management and performance of the conveyor system, outbye services and associated infrastructure•Authority to develop systems, manage personnel, control budgets, engage contractors/consultants to improve the efficiency, capacity, availability and costs associated with the coal clearance system•Provide communication conduit for operational requirements of proposed works, interaction and performance of ongoing works, and feedback on completed works with respect to performance metrics•Review, monitor and action equipment performance data, conduct delay analysis, develop equipment strategies, procure parts•Administer and hold accountable personnel with respect to standards and performance
