The viewer base increased over 100% during the time I was with Major League Gaming as a Production Intern.I worked with on-air talent to make sure they were prepared and up to date with all relevant information. This helped produce a more concise program which was reflected in our growth.

In addition to supervision, I also created daily paid online tournaments for customers to participate in. Tournaments began as early as 12 PM Eastern and ended as late as 4 AM Eastern.In addition, I also worked with customers to make sure there were no issues during any of the online tournaments. This included working on Live Support and through the ticket system.During my tenure in the Online Tournament Department there was exponential growth.
