Worked with colleagues and collaborators on in-house R&D projects developing new and applying advanced proteomic/phospho-proteomic LC-MS/MS technologies (e.g. KScan) to discover highly predictive multi-analyte biomarkers for multiple drugs across several cancers. Focused particularly on the translation of these technologies and biomarkers to improve cancer diagnostics and precision medicine.
