I am responsible for the portfolio that deals with research into coaching to promote the further development and professionalism of the coaching profession.I do this in collaboration with the Scientific Research Committee, volunteers and external parties and stakeholders.In addition, I am involved in the further development of the Coaching Monitor, an online evaluation tool that provides insight into the efficiency and progress of coaching processes.

As an external project leader, I am responsible for a pilot by the Municipality of Vught and the Collaboration Regulations WSD on the future role of WSD within the Social domain.The assignment consisted of several parts:Development, implementation and evaluation of a new service for clients within the Participation Act and WMO.Exploring opportunities to bring local and regional implementation practices together and strengthen them in their objectives for the inhabitants. I was part of a fantastic adventure to contribute to the fame of an upcoming visual artist.
