Role: Assisted companies to attract the right talent to their businesses in order to grow and maintain their international business profile and market share. Includes designing, developing and managing international graduate placement programmes for companies such as Apple, Bord Bia, Tourism Ireland, Jim Beam and Glanbia.Have worked with several third level institutions to deliver personal effectiveness coaching, employability and interview skills to their graduates. Assist graduates achieve their full potential by putting them on a path to a successful career. Responsibilities:• Designed, developed and tailored graduate programmes for sponsor companies across a range of different sectors.• Responsible for all marketing, promotion and business development for the programme.• Prepared and managed all budgets, expenditure and accounts relating to the financial operation of the programme.• Consistently increased personal, team and organisational targets for new placements and programme income on an annual basis.• Developed a unique, internationally recognised blended learning MSc qualification for EOP candidates accredited by the Dublin Institute of Technology.• Actively participated in third level curriculum development and employability forums with Dublin College University, the University of Limerick and the Dublin Institute of Technology.• Generated annual pre-budget submissions to relevant government departments. • Designed and implemented a more efficient recruitment process, creating an improved experience for all participants. • Managed EOP staff to include objectives setting, performance management, reviews etc. • Managed relationships with government departments and agencies, including the identification of skills needs, design of programmes and funding structures to meet these needs.• Develop new EOP website and related social media sites.•Chairperson of the AHESC Awards panel.
