Assistant Park Supervisor (Seminole County Sports Complex
Current- Assist the Park Supervisor with management of customer service/recreation specialist staff and facility operations- Act as on-site event manager coordinating logistics for tournaments and events- Manage staff schedule for both full time and part time employees- Assist Park Supervisor in employee recruitment process, including application review, interviews, selection and training- Oversee Customer Service Representatives daily task of maintaining weekly rental applications- Coordinate with head of maintenance for facility management needs, including field set up for tournaments/weekly rentals, on-site contractors, staffing, special projects, and coordinating field rest periods- Coordinate with tournament organizers prior to an event regarding facility needs, including field set up, parking, tournament check-in/headquarters, umpires, on-site vendors, spectator admissions, upholding park regulations and special requests- Help facilitate relationship with contracted concessionaire- Member of Sports Complex Event Review Committee (ERC), which evaluates, reviews and approves potential events for the park- Assist the Central Florida Sports Commission in their recruitment efforts of prospective economic impact events- Handle park bank deposits- Invoice, track and collect payments due from event organizers- Book rentals, create agreements and run financial/operational reports using CLASS- Begun training for contact management systems (CMS) in order to manage park website
