My current role as an Industrial Engineer see's me based within the Assembly and Test department. I am responsible for creating detailed Standard Operating Proceedures for the operatives to follow as well as developing key processes within the facility. I work closely with upfront Engineering in various Global locations to help streamline the assembly times, eliminate issues and mitigate risks prior to commencement of build. I identify tooling requirements, designing and procuring said items prior to build. I work to identify HSE issues and help eliminate these through Engineered or procedural solutions.

I am currently on the GRDP program, I will be based in four key areas of the business over two years. These areas are based around the operations side of the business and can vary from Industrial Engineering to Project Management. The first roation was completed within I.E. at Camerons Leeds facility but i could be assiggned a position within any of their golobal subsea facilities.

I worked closely with the concept team to design products fit for manufacture, reducing cost and producing drawings for manufacture by outside suppliers.

Worked closely with the GRP department to eliminate any issues with their new product line. Part of this required an alteration to the plant layout. I also produced process sheets and sought ways to reduce product cost.
