I spend most of my time working with senior executives at client companies helping them to create value through their operational excellence transformation and to successfully executive their strategic objectives. I work closely with clients to ensure that their continuous improvement initiatives are clearly aligned to strategic initiatives and key performance measures. I lead new business development efforts on behalf of TBM.

Progressively responsible roles in Business Development and Client Management. I led business development and client onboarding efforts for TBM North America. I have a passion for driving immediate and measurable improvement through the implementation of operational excellence. I leverage my years of hands-on experience with lean transformation, operations management and change leadership to ensure that organizations can align performance improvements to financial objectives. I have also engaged heavily with private equity firms to perform due diligence in advance of potential acquisitions and help portfolio companies create value in their businesses by implementing sustainable improvements.

Set Lean Manufacturing vision, strategy and goals for seven plant Fabrics Division. As a Master Facilitator, I conducted Kaizen Events achieving savings from $30M to $130M each, trained facilitators and Managers for the Fabrics Division, and responsible for lean plant and process layouts. I am also used as a resource by other C&A divisions.

Managed worlds largest Velour Weaving Facility achieving a 1% reduction in Labor costs, $981m in Cost Improvements, and a 4% Quality Improvement in 1 year while holding Overhead Costs in line. Implemented Lean Manufacturing program and realized 25% to 50% inventory reductions in areas where Kaizen Events were conducted. I also served as Plant Manager for the Cavel Finishing Plant for 4 months.

Responsible for Manufacturing, Quality, Warehousing, Cost Performance and Improvement in the Coating Operations of a modern Non-woven Automotive Carpet facility. Reported to Plant Manager. Work force of 40 Team Members and 3 Supervisors. Accomplishments included successful installation of $3 million Latex Range, Cost, Service, and Inventory improvements.

Successfully managed this Acoustics and Accessory Mat operation from loss of Ford Q1 rating and $750 thousand in expedited freight to Q1 reinstatement in 8 months. Achieved a DPPM rating with Form Motor Company of 41, best ever for this facility. Managed growth from $29 to $65 million in annualized sales. Implemented Lean and Kanban techniques to achieve significant cost and inventory reductions while launching over 7 new programs. Achieved 1 million hours without a lost time accident for the first time at this facility. Work force of 380 Associates at this facility.

Managed Planning, Scheduling, Warehousing & Shipping functions at 13 plants of Automotive Carpet & Acoustics Manufacturer

My responsibilities included formulating Master Schedule for one to two plants (400-600 looms) and procuring materials to meet customer orders and forecasted demand. Accomplishments included yarn inventory reduction and service fill improvement of 30%.
