While at EF, I provided support to all their US Schools food service operations and working closely with their food service vendor. When no travelling, I was tasked to developed two new business plan for schools located in Costa Mesa and Pasadena. Unfortunately, with Covid -19 construction had to be shut down at each location and opening delayed resulting in staff being laid off.

Moving full time from my consulting position, my team and I operate the Robert E. Pierce Dinning Hall. Our main focus is to provide high quality meals, healthy and balanced choices using seasonable local product while maintaining high service standards to our students,tenants and conference attendees. We operate 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.In addition, we are working to establish a strong catering and conference department.
