I am a demonstrated leader with pre-sign and sign to close transaction advisory experience related to global divestitures and integrations. I have a detailed understanding of the procurement and AP systems and process lifecycle and the employee and HR systems and process lifecycle. My cross-functional experience includes labor contract negotiations, systems separation planning, and M&A operational planning. I have a strong understanding of operational entanglement scoping, TSA costing, data analytics, deals and transaction lifecycles (to include Day One requirements for integrations and divestitures), and business process and systems separation solution planning. I have extensive knowledge and practice in federal, military, and private industries to include working on Private Equity driven projects. Growth through setting and achieving goals, and building strong relationships are very important values to me.
