Overseeing management of a team of 27 maintenance staff comprising 3 departments including Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Maintenance providing support for approximately 200 machines, 80 cranes and 20 forklifts to ensure breakdown and preventative maintenance was carried out in a timely manner.

Aurora Labs is an ASX listed technology company focusing on high-speed 3D metal printing with a goal of making additive manufacturing cost competitive with traditional manufacturing. I founded this company in 2014, took the company public in 2016 and built the team from myself and two co-founders to a team of approximately 45 employees.
