Family Leadership develops leadership teams at schools and community sites. The teams train parents in key parenting skills, so that they can effectively contribute to their children's academic success. Family Leadership is working with school districts across the United States and in Canada.

Home Again trained teams of volunteers from churches who built relationships with homeless families, mentoring them through the process of obtaining permanent housing, developing jobs, getting connected with their children's schools, and home ownership. I codeveloped the program and trained teams in twenty states.
