Oversaw all aspects of investigations, utilizing his 25 years of experience at the FBI.

25 year career with the FBI included a broad range of assignments, including his last position as Supervisory Special Agent assigned to the New York Special Operations Division, where he managed and directed highly-sensitive investigations in support of criminal and counterterrorist operations. Served as the lead case agent on numerous complex investigations, including matters involving white-collar crime, money laundering, and health care fraud. Mr. Burroughs was also responsible for managing complex racketeering (RICO) investigations resulting in the successful prosecution of violent street gangs. In the course of his career, successfully established working relationships with numerous federal, state, local, and international law enforcement agencies. Mr. Burroughs is the recipient of multiple awards, including Investigator of the Year by the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation (2010).
