David Buss is a Lead Build Reliability Engineer at SpaceX at SpaceX. He possess expertise in machining, creativity, leadership, solidworks, fabrication and 14 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "It was an absolute pleasure to work with David during his 2019 summer internship at Bray. We provided David with a significant project for a short 10 week internship. David exceeded our expectations during his time at Bray by not only completing his assigned project but making an impact with the members of our team. David showed exceptional technical knowledge and was able to break down his project into sections which allowed him to focus on the physics of the problem and find a solution which was seemingly simple but more accurate than the expensive computation fluid dynamics software we would typically use to evaluate the problem given to him. David made a strong impression on the whole team by making strong relationships and engaging all team members, not only in the office but also outside of the office. His project management and presentation skills are also well refined. David can work with guidance of a general direction to take and figure out how to solve the problem, this was particularly impressive to me as it is easy for anyone, especially an intern, to request additional guidance / information before taking a direction or decision. I only hope that I have the opportunity to work with David again because I am certain he will do great things in his career."
