I have recently switched career paths into the information technology sector, and have graduated with an AS in Cybersecurity from Cerritos College as of May 2021. I have also just earned the CompTIA A+ certification as of August 2021. I received a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from California State University Dominguez Hills, and an Associate's degree in General Sciences from Cerritos Community College. Also, a dedicated US Army Reserve soldier with the rank of Staff Sergeant and over 11 years of service, I have experience in many types of fields and job specialties such as medic, physical therapy, and civil affairs. I've taken on more and challenging responsibilities in the military, to include eight years in leadership positions. Skilled in multi-tasking, adaptability, and problem solving with an emphasis of connecting it all towards the big picture, I am looking forward into taking those skills into my next field.
