I started working in retail for about a year and a half and learned the entirety of the front end. Started as a cashier, became a front end supervisor, and did scheduling for the cashiers, trained by my front-end manager. Learned the customer service desk or courtesy counter. Learned how to do the bookkeeping in the morning and was taught by the bookkeeper and am a backup for the two other full-time people. I learned some skills in the scanning department with tags, help in the online shopping section, and am a supervisor in that department when needed. I also help pack out in the nonfoods department frequently. Aspiring to learn as much as I can and get more involved in operations and technology.Interested in technology, sales, and more advanced skills
