After the success of the ECL Advisory service, I transitioned to Crimson's internal People Team, focusing on recruitment strategy for the wider business. When business leaders and executives need to hire, we are their first port of call, providing recruitment advice, expertise, suggestions, and involvement in interviewing and competency testing.In addition to my recruitment-focused role, we've adopted a team approach of radical candor and continued development. This has led me to expand into broader HR areas, including employee relationships, contract law, people and performance, incentive creation and roll-out, and other HR-related functions. Although my role is rather recruitment heavy, I have also started to be more involved in the wider HR areas, such as; employee relationships, contract law, people and performance, incentive creation and roll-out, as well as many other HR related areas.

I joined Crimson's recruitment division to build and develop a team for their expanding Extracurricular and Leadership service. As the Global Recruiter, I successfully established a team of 65 remote Advisors with niche backgrounds, including Ivy League education, Big 4 experience, and BCG/McKinsey backgrounds, all passionate about developing the next generation. I achieved this in just under 7 months. My core responsibilities included leveraging my agency recruitment skills to headhunt, design and execute a recruitment strategy, manage financial budgeting, and conduct competency/skills-based interviews. Managing global time zones was a challenge, but our success was a testament to our efforts.

Working 1-1 with private English Language students. This site has a good structure set-up for private lessons for a variety of students. On Preply I mostly tutoring English for Business to Adult Learners. But, I also tutoring a number of General English students of various ages.
