After the success of the ECL Advisory service, I transitioned to Crimson's internal People Team, focusing on recruitment strategy for the wider business. When business leaders and executives need to hire, we are their first port of call, providing recruitment advice, expertise, suggestions, and involvement in interviewing and competency testing.In addition to my recruitment-focused role, we've adopted a team approach of radical candor and continued development. This has led me to expand into broader HR areas, including employee relationships, contract law, people and performance, incentive creation and roll-out, and other HR-related functions. Although my role is rather recruitment heavy, I have also started to be more involved in the wider HR areas, such as; employee relationships, contract law, people and performance, incentive creation and roll-out, as well as many other HR related areas.
