I worked in a few areas of Waitrose. My most important role to me was the customer service desk. This gave me a huge perspective on how to approach customers and communicate effectively. This was invaluable as it taught me so much so young. My other two roles where delivery and drinks stock management and working on the meat and fish counter. These two roles also provided me with great experiences and skills that have stayed with me so far and will do so for a long while too. I managed the rotation of the drinks and stock managed to make sure we always had enough and some spare. I also took delivery and security checked and stock checked everything to make sure it was all correct as these deliveries where vital to making sure the store could operate functionally and without problem.
